All products are made to order. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. If there is an unexpected delay in processing, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


We ship within the continental United States only, using trusted carriers such as UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.


After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


While we strive to meet all stated processing and delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively communicate any significant delays.
